Carl Tucker, Jr. has announced his intention to transfer to Alabama. The tight end played in 38 career games for North Carolina, catching 36 passes for 549 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Tucker is a graduate transfer, making him eligible to play in the 2020 season. He was granted a sixth season of eligibility by the NCAA due to injury. Tucker averages a healthy 15.3 yard per reception.
