In addition to retaining DL Coach Freddie Roach and RB Coach Robert Gillespie, DeBoer also kept key support staff such as Jeff Allen (Director of Sports Medicine), David Ballou (Strenght & Conditioning), and Ellis Ponder (Associate AD & Football COO).
