Four Alabama players were taken in the first round of the NFL Draft Thursday night. All four went in the first fifteen picks to be more precise.

Tua Tagovailoa led the way, going in the fifth spot to the Miami Dolphins. Much recent speculation had Tua slipping to the latter part of the first round. Those rumors proved to be unfounded. His contract is expected to be for four years and in excess of $30 million.

Next up was Jedrick Wills, who was selected in the tenth spot by the Cleveland Browns. Wills was the second tackle selected.

Henry Ruggs III was the first wide receiver taken, going to the Las Vegas Raiders in the twelfth spot. The speedy receiver can take it to the house at any given time.

The next receiver off the board was Jerry Jeudy who was taken by the Denver Broncos in the fifteenth position.

Those two are sure to have some fun battles for years to come.
