Alabama WR Jaylen Waddle is expected to return to the practice field on Tuesday, potentially opening the door for him to play in the National Championship Game against Ohio State next Monday.  The preseason All-American had 25 catches for 557 yards and four touchdowns prior to sustaining a serious ankle injury during the Crimson Tide’s win over Tennessee.

There have been no official announcements from Head Coach Nick Saban about Waddle’s return or availability Monday night at the time of this report.  We will update this story as more information becomes available.
